1 – Initiate Your Request
Submit the form for your new file. We will review the file and email you within 24 business hours. If the file is accepted, the email will include a service agreement and invoice.
2 – Sign and Pay
To secure our comprehensive services, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. The remaining balance will be due at the completion of the file.
In the event that the file does not close, the outstanding balance will not be charged.
3 – Escrow Process Begins
Once your deposit and signed agreement are received, we immediately initiate the escrow process, keeping you and all parties involved informed. We are committed to making this transition seamless and efficient.
4 – Preparing and Going to Closing
The closing process can be complex, but we make it effortless for you. We address any due diligence concerns, coordinate with all parties, and meticulously review crucial documents like the title report and commitment. With our expertise, you can rest assured that everything is in order, leaving you free to focus on the exciting next steps.
5 – Post-Closing Assistance

We require a 50% deposit at time of file acceptance. The remaining fee will be paid at closing, billed through the settlement statement or a seperate invoice. If post close services are desired, those additional services will be billed outside of the settlement statement.
